Does Sandi’s provide any food or drinks on board?

We focus on providing comfortable, secure and convenient transport for our customers. Food and drinks are thus not a part of standard package.


Where does Sandi’s provide its services?

We connect Mumbai Chhatrapati International Airport (Sahar) and Pune International Airport (Lohegaon) by means of our services like Airport shuttle and Rent a Car.


What type of vehicles do you use?

Sandi’s has a comprehensive portfolio of vehicles geared towards catering to a variety of segments. You can choose any one of the vehicles like Indica, Qualis, Tavera, Lancer, Mercedes, and Mini Bus according to your requirement.


Can I book on the spot?

Depending on availability you can book on the spot. We recommend booking in advance to avoid the last minute rush.


At the airport, how do we recognise the Sandi’s attendant?

The Sandi’s attendant stands outside the arrival terminal holding a placard that reads ‘Sandi’s Travels’ and your name. You may also notice that he is the one who sports a welcome smile.


Do you offer any Frequent Traveller’s discount?

The more you fly, more you save. Contact our nearest office to know more.


Do you accept group bookings?

Bigger the better. Just let us know the size of the group.


Can I book for return journey?

Yes you can. The easiest way to book your return journey is to book it right at the beginning.


Can I just book on the phone & pay on the coach?

Definitely.


How many days in advance should we book?

Though we accept bookings till the last possible minute (depending on availability), we recommend you book yourselves at least two days in advance.


Do we receive a ticket on payment?

Yes you will. Insist on one and bring it to the attention of our executive on duty in case s/he forgets.


Are bookings accepted online?

Yes you can book via Phone / Email / Website or just walk-in at any of our offices. We will be happy to help you.


How do I pay?

Payments are accepted either by cash or by credit card. (Please go through our standard Terms & Conditions for more details on Credit Card payments.)


Can I change my reservation (Date / Time / Place of Boarding)?

You can always change your reservation with prior notice of 48 hours. (Terms & Conditions apply.)
